Route 66 ships using UPS, Federal
Express, and US Postal Service.
• All packages will use delivery verification.
Shipping of Paint and Chemicals
Paint and other liquids are available only to continental United States and
Canada and are restricted to ground shipping only. Although it is possible
to select a air delivery service in the shopping chart, paints and chemicals
will be shipped via ground delivery.
Shipping Damage
If you receive merchandise that was damaged during
the shipping process:
1. keep all packaging and paperwork
2. email customer service immediately |
| Returns |
| We have a 30 day return policy on new and unused parts, excluding
videos and DVDs. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Email customer service for
a return authorization number, and instructions. Please return any part(s) in
their original box or boxes with the return number clearly marked on the outside
of all boxes being returned. All returns must be sent prepaid--no collect shipments
will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself
against loss. We strongly suggest that you ship the package by United Parcel
Ground Service (UPS) as it is traceable.

Video and DVD Return Policy
All VHS tapes and DVD videos are not returnable. Defective items will be replaced.
